TESTAMUR 5 ENTRY INFORMATION

The Annual CAW Testamur Exhibition displays artworks created in, or inspired by the CAW workshops, courses and art groups over an 18 month period.

 

Key dates:

Friday 13 October

Complete online form, pay fee, upload a hi-res image of artwork(s) by 5.00pm.

Sunday 22 October

Delivery of actual works to CAW Studio for hanging in M16 Gallery: 1.00 to 4.00pm.

Thursday 26 October 6pm

Opening of the exhibition will commence in-gallery at M16 and online.

Sunday 19 November

Exhibition will finish in-gallery at M16.

Monday 20 November

Exhibition ‘bump-out’ — collect artworks from M16 Gallery — 10.00am to 1.00pm, or organise someone to collect for you.

 

ENTRY TERMS

All exhibitors must be a financial CAW member. 

Image of submitted work must be of:

  • original artwork created in the last 18 months
  • uploaded as a high-resolution (1Mb-3Mb) jpeg image (see entry form for naming convention)
  • received by 5.00pm on 13 October on this website with the completed form (including all details — about yourself and the artwork), plus a 25-word description of your artwork.

The Curator will judge the suitablity of works to exhibit.

THEME 

Artwork created in or inspired by the CAW workshops, courses and art groups in the last 18 months.

ENTRY FEE

$50 full membership ($45 for discounted membership) non-refundable

CATALOGUE

Due to increased cost the exhibition calalogue cannot be provided free of charge.  If you would like a printed colour catalogue of the exhibition they can be purchased for $5.00 when you submit your entry form.

PAYMENT DETAILS

Entry fee must be paid via the online application form. 

ONLINE GALLERY

After the gallery exhibition images will be displayed online for approximately one year. 

Submission of your image automatically includes permission for CAW to use it at our discretion, including for promotional and social media purposes (which may include some careful photo editing).

Purchase the Calalogue with your entry and collect at the gallery.  At just $5.00 it makes a great souvenir!
