Teach with Canberra Art Workshop
Do you have a creative skill, technique or artistic practice you’d love to share?
Canberra Art Workshop welcomes proposals from passionate artists and creative tutors who enjoy inspiring others. Whether you’re an experienced educator or considering teaching for the first time, we’d love to hear your ideas.
We offer a diverse program of courses (held over several weeks) and workshops (ranging from one or two day weekend workshops to multi-day mid week intensives) across a wide range of art practices, from traditional to contemporary. Our aim is to create engaging, supportive learning experiences that foster creativity, confidence and artistic growth.
If you have a course or workshop you’d like to offer, we’d love to hear from you. Simply complete the proposal form below.
Before you begin, please have the following ready:
- A brief outline of your proposed course or workshop
- A short artist/tutor biography
- A recent headshot
- 2 to 3 high-quality images of your artwork (and, if available, examples of student work with permission to publish)
- A list of any materials or equipment participants will need
- Your preferred teaching location (M16 Artspace, Belco Arts, or both)
