Applications are now open for a fully sponsored 6-month residency at 221 London Workspaces. The residency includes a designed and furnished, private and secure workspace with access to meeting rooms, an AV-equipped boardroom, collaboration and quiet spaces and a shared kitchen, at no cost for 6 months. WiFi, cleaning, electricity and water are also included allowing the sponsored business to move in with no capital outlay or expenses.
The residency is in place to support a creative, start-up, purpose-driven, social or not-for-profit business that has the potential to make a significant contribution to Canberra’s economy through the provision of innovative and/or socially and environmentally beneficial products or services.
Working from a well-conceived space can play a critical role in business success – allowing ideas to be shared more freely and connections between employees to be improved. 221 London Workspaces bridge the gap between coworking and a traditional office. They are private, fully equipped offices in a dynamic setting where the community of occupants share the kitchen, boardroom, meeting rooms and breakout spaces but without all the coworking add-ons.
The residency provides the opportunity for a Canberra-based team to come together in a fully equipped space at no cost for 6 months. To be eligible businesses must employ/contract 2-8 people, have an ABN and be in a position to move into the workspace by the end of June (or before).
