In this workshop you will learn how to create an image using a variety of drawing techniques and mark making directly onto the lino block. You will learn how to create tone and texture when cutting your lino block, how to best use your tools successfully and how to sharpen them. Once your block is ready, Kylie will be demonstrating various hand printing techniques using Japanese style papers and water-based inks. We will also use the press.
