Unlock your creativity in this 5-week course, Mindful Marks: A Journey into Creative Expression. Explore the meditative practice of mark-making using ink, pencils, and experimental media. Each session focuses on mindfulness and creative freedom, guiding participants through techniques like mandalas, neurographic art, and free-form line drawing. Whether you are a beginner or a seasoned artist, this course offers a welcoming space to rediscover the joy of creating.
Participants will complete a series of unique artworks while learning to appreciate the process of making marks as an act of mindfulness and self-discovery.
About the tutor
Bobby Graham is an award-winning digital artist, creative facilitator, and published author specializing in mindfulness-based art practices. With extensive experience teaching diverse audiences, Bobby brings a gentle and stress-free approach to art-making, fostering creativity and self-expression.

Ink, graphite, water-based markers, and mixed media
Materials list
• Sketchbook or loose sheets (A4 or larger, good-quality drawing paper recommended)
• Black ink pens (e.g., Uni-ball, fountain pens)
• Coloured inks (optional)
• Graphite pencils (2B–6B range)
• Water-based markers
• Eraser, ruler, and basic drawing tools
• Apron or smock
(Optional: Bring any additional materials you’d like to experiment with!)
