What is ‘AUTO RENEW’? IMPORTANT – please read:
Because most members stay with CAW for many years our subscriptions default to ‘Auto Renew’.  We will warn you before this happens so you have plenty of time to decide if you want to renew your membership.

One month before your renewal date we will send you a reminder email. We send another one about 1 week before the payment is deducted from your selected payment method.Â

If you do not want to automatically renew your membership you can change this selection:
Log in as usual
Click on My subscription (in red text)
Select Manual Renew
If you find your subscription has automatically renewed, but you didn’t want to renew it, please send a message to our wonderful volunteers at memberscaw@gmail.com and they will cancel your membership and refund your payment.  There may be a small admin fee as our payment gateway deducts a fee with every transaction.
Claiming a membership gift voucher?
- Choose from one of the memberships that you were given.
- Select ‘”Add to cart”
- Add the voucher you have received in the space provided. The system will prevent proceeding any further if there’s no voucher.
- Check out as normal.
