I’m getting in touch because Belco Arts is seeking long-term tenants and residents for our visual art workshop spaces. We’re looking to connect with creative arts providers to exclusively operate these spaces and bring new audiences to our arts centre.
Embedded within a thriving lakeside arts centre, with continuously changing exhibitions in beautiful galleries, and with an on-premises café and bar opening later this year, this is a great opportunity to expand your offering to new participants and offer an inspiring arts experience for every visit. We’re situated within a growing Belconnen Town Centre and close to public transport, with ample parking nearby.
This opportunity includes access to a sunny, fenced courtyard, dedicated after-hours entry, a carpark, storage space, workshop equipment, and discounted hire on other Belco Arts spaces. We will support your program with promotion through our website with over 100,000 visits per year, to over 20,000 mailing and social contacts, and with signage in the centre.
The workshops are available from the beginning of Term 2, 2023, on an ongoing basis with renewal each 12 months.
