Refund Policy for
Art Groups, Workshops and Courses.
Unless an event cancellation has been instigated by the CAW, all refunds are subject to the discretion of the CAW volunteer administration team.
In addition, if refunds are granted, they will be discounted by
1) the booking commission (around 1.6%) plus
2) a $10 administration fee.
CAW may organise a refund:
- if you have paid more than once for a CAW membership or an event (Art Group, Workshop or Course) or
- you are no longer able to attend an event you have booked and you notify us at least 14 days prior to the event.
