Ours is a small, friendly group seeking to explore the exciting medium of watercolour.
Each week we work on a subject we have previously chosen, ranging from landscape to still life. Through the year we cover aspects of skies, clouds, water views and reflections, mountains, trees, buildings and perspective. We discuss each other’s work and learn from each other.
We welcome new members, who can expect to learn the basics of washes, wet on wet painting, colour mixing and the importance of negative shapes.
