The Monday morning printmaking group recently had a rare opportunity to visit well-known print maker Basil Hall at his studio in Braidwood. Basil generously gave his time to 3 of our group, instructing on correct use of materials and traditional printmaking techniques. We were fortunate to have our own work printed by Basil while we were there. On display were many wonderful prints he has produced for artists, particularly those from the NT, where he has worked with Indigenous communities for many years.
